I made this dish with lobster instead of crab. We liked it. The original recipe had a lot of salt. I reduced the salt amount and it was salty but good. It is a very rich dish. I also would recommend maybe a water bath to prevent cracking. http://www.sweet-morris.blogspot.com/2012/06/savory-lobster-and-shrimp-cheesecake.html

I was intrigued by the cheesecake, but I don’t like seafood and my husband is lactose intolerant. So I made salted caramel brownies instead, which I adapted from her caramel-filled brownies. They are they best dessert I’ve ever had. Going to head over and check out the cheesecake though. http://www.shemakesandbakes.com/1/post/2012/06/salted-caramel-brownies.html
