  1. Rebecca Rather made these in the Austin cooking class that Ashley and I attended. They spread a bit on her because the dough warmed up while she was talking to us. Work quickly so that doesn’t happen to you – I actually took butter straight from the freezer and grated it with the food processor like I do for my pie crust. I feel it makes enough of a difference to be worth the hassle of switching out the attachments mid-recipe. They make an awesome breakfast with some extra peach preserves!

    And Ashley made a good point… in an email to which I forgot to respond – let the host post the recipe and everyone else can just link to the hosting member’s site.
