  1. You guys might already know this but the filling bubbles up. A LOT. I filled mine to the top (because there was so much!) and it almost overflowed. Just a heads up.

  2. I agree w/Amanda. I actually baked mine on a cookie sheet just to be safe. It was really yummy – basically a peach cheesecake in a tart shell!!
