  1. We had these for dinner tonight – loved them! They need to be handled with care while cooking, but other than that, they are really easy and super yummy! I only made half a batch, but now I wish I’d made them all and eaten the leftovers as sandwiches.

  3. Great choice! I didn’t have any tomatillos on hand so I made a simple mayo sauce using mayo, lime juice, cilantro, chipotle in adobo sauce and agave syrup.
