  3. I love tiramisu and have made ladyfingers many times so I was excited about making this.
I used coffee in place of the alcohol in the soaking syrup, but thought the syrup was a bit too sweet so I made a couple of adjustments in my version of the recipe. Once I made the ladyfingers, the dessert was very quick and easy to finish, and it’s delicious!
And thank you for the welcome – I’m excited to be a part of this fun project!

  4. Thank you for the welcome.

I made the tiramisu and it was good. I agree with Sarah and mine was a little grainy too. I think it was from the soaking syrup but unsure why. http://sweet-morris.blogspot.com/

  7. Thank you for the welcome! I will say I have really expanded my culinary skills since joining. We liked this recipe but my tiramisu was a little grainy like Sarah’s. I think it was from the soaking syrup but unsure why.

  8. Sorry I’ve been MIA – hopefully I can rejoin all the baking adventures ASAP!

I made this Tiramisu Cake almost a year ago for Mother’s Day as it was my mom’s favorite cake:
