Project: Wildcard Week!

This week will be a wildcard week!  Take the holiday weekend off or take this opportunity to make a recipe that you’ve missed along the way. Please remember to link back to the original hostess for the recipe when you post on Sunday.

  1. Since March is a popular birthday month in our family, I made White on White Buttermilk cake as cupcakes. They came out great. There is no better frosting than buttercream.

  2. Hi! This is my first post, and I’m excited to join. This week I made Texas tortilla soup–it was really good but I made it way too spicy. Lessons learned. http://www.shemakesandbakes.com/1/post/2012/03/ppq-texas-tortilla-soup.html

  3. And I hopped in the way back machine, all the way to August 2010 and made some Rather Rich Corn Muffins! I absolutely loved their tender crumb and can’t wait to have one for breakfast, toasted and buttered 😀

Almost sad that it took me this long to find them!

  4. I chose the Turbo-Charged Brownies with Praline Sauce. They were so yummy and actually a lot easier to make than I was anticipating.
