Sorry for the delay in posting this week. No Internet going on 4/6 days except from my phone. And using it is painful. Fingers crossed, AT&T will fix it soon.

I liked the flavor but not a rice fan. I’m also not sure how her dulce de leche only took one hour…it took me three hours. Seems like a great recipe if you like rice pudding. http://www.shemakesandbakes.com/1/post/2012/05/ppq-dulce-de-leche-rice-pudding.html

Shawnda, I hope you get your internet fixed soon. I would rather have no phone than have no internet.
I loved this recipe. It only took me one hour for the dulce de leche which was my youngest daughter’s favorite part. I will make this again. This recipe made me like rice pudding.

This pudding was very good, even though I’m generally not a fan of baked rice puddings.
I thought as long as I was making the dulce de leche, I might as well make two cans, and it took at least an hour and a half. Not sure if that’s because I had two cans in the pan or not, but next time I would just buy the premade stuff to save myself the time and effort.
I baked mine for 25 minutes and it seemed a bit over-baked. I really think the baking time depends on how deep the baking dish is.
The pudding seemed to have a lot of steps considering it’s a fairly simple recipe. It was delicious though. I took it to work and it was a big hit with everyone.
