  Whew, I’m here, folks! Everyone’s lovely tarts (new and old) have those gorgeous yellow peaches–I used white peaches, but I’m also starting to think I was way generous with the cinnamon, because no one else’s looks *nearly* as spiced as mine does. It tastes great, though, so c’est la vie!
